Executive Secretary

Provide high-level administrative support in continuous process, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, proficient execution in Travel Desk.


  • Manage and maintain Directors' schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

Pre Shipment Documentation

  • Proficient in origination of Sales Contract and the Performa Invoicing
  • Responsible for Filing of B/L accords to Sales Contract & Invoice
  • Responsible for Draft & Final approval of B/L from Shipping Line along with Form 13
  • Responsible for realization of Freight Invoice along with original B/L from Shipping Line

Post Shipment Documentation

  • Responsible for Exchange control copy of Shipping bill from Custom House
  • Responsible for forwarding the EP (Export Promotion) copy &ARE 1 to Factory end related to B 17 credit updating
  • Responsible for acquiring the Landing Certificate from Shipping Line along with consignee’s confirmation


  • Responsible for the updating and maintenance of Master register accords to Sales Contract, Shipping Bill ,B/L and Transportation charges
  • Maintaining of MIS for Freight Statement & Insurance payment register (A/C of SFPPL & ARSPL) on Export

Accounts Executives


Honours Graduate (B Com) preferable with MBA in Finance


4 to 5 years of Hard core Manufacturing Industry experience.


Proficiency and knowledge in Service Tax, Sales Tax, CST, VAT and statutory accounts.

Realization and finalization of accounts under CA’s guideline

Proficiency in Bank reconciliation, Freight entry, TDS justification, Purchase reconciliation with consumption of Raw Materials.

Knowledge in online submission of the statutory payment of EPF, ESI, Service Tax, Sales Tax etc.

Mastery in Tally.ERP 9.9 and ledger postings.
